Inserts, Piercings and Tattoos clarified

The Body of Christ is facing a big issue today with regards to Inserts, Piercings and Tattoos. Should the Church be concerned about this? I would say yes.

God loves his creation very much, but man is doing everything in his imagination and power to mare his body which is made in the image of God. The body is being increasingly marred and disfigured under the guise of modern society progressive thinking and modern art. All conservative moral constraints are being abandoned.

The younger generation are being taught by society that all these things are acceptable. You will need to tattoo and pierce your body parts and show them off to your friends and piers in order to be accepted. This is truly a tragedy. So should the Church turn its back on these people? No! Never! We draw and welcome every soul into the House of God and we allow God to change hearts and minds.

Notwithstanding the above, the Church cannot but speak for, and stand with the standard of God, which speaks contrary to wilful body changes, piercings, and markings. Even so, we will not cease to love and warmly receive those who have done these things not knowing, or remotely being aware of the heart and mind of God in this matter. After all, without exception, we have all started from a place of ignorance to the unchanging ways of God.

As Christians we are not allowed to redesign our bodies as they do not belong to us but to God. Your body is the temple of God and He is the One who designed the temple as He saw fit. So let us refrain from gender alteration, breast enlargements for beauty, microchip insert for ease of technology, or any other inserts, with the exception of those that are done by surgeons to repair damaged bodies in order to save lives or to correct deformities. These are acts of love and mercy.

Psalm 139;14:

"I will praise You; for I am fearfully, [awesomely] and wonderfully made: marvellous are Your works [which is my body]; and that my soul knows right well."

For anyone to redesign his or her body suggests he or she disagrees with God's perfect design. But I have good reason to think that was not, and is not, the intent of many. So let us now agree with God because we are to be holy.

If you have done any of these things mentioned above, rest assured, we still love you regardless, and more so does God. He loves you and so do we. So do not hesitate to come into the House of God because we will surely and warmly welcome you. We are one body.
